Diederik worked as an organisational consultant at a public sector consultancy firm, senior manager of organisational change at a Big Four accounting firm, manager of business development, and managing director of a shared service company. He also held various interim management positions.
In addition to his work and assignments, he followed courses in Managing Organisational Change at SIOO, an international training program within Vivendi Universal (ESSEC/INT, Paris, Stockholm) and French language skills training (Regina Coeli).
